Both cottages are located in the oceanside village of Manset and have an easy two-mile walk around the neighborhood which passes by the ocean and boating community.

Hickory Ridge

Located 1 mile south of Southwest Harbor, this cedar-shingled saltbox overlooks the harbor and mountains of Mt. Desert Island. Handicapped accesible to the first floor, the house has two bedrooms on the second floor, masterbedroom on the first floor, two baths, a study (with a single trundle bed), and a great room with kitchen, dining, and living areas and outdoor deck. Lower level includes a game area with ping pong table, dart board, and an additional double bedroom with tv.

Spruce Cottage

This two bedroom summer cottage is nestled in the woods of Manset on the shore road, with a small pond off the deck and a peek-a-boo view of the ocean and mountains. There are two bedrooms, a bath, and a great room with kitchen, dining, and living areas.
