Just out your door is a gentle two-mile walk around the neighborhood, by the ocean, and through the boating community.
Mount Desert Island is rich in history, beauty and it's loaded with things to do.
This is home of the famous Hinckley Boat Yard and some of the most stunning views of Somes Sound, the mountains of Acadia National Park, and the waters of MDI.
Hiking and biking on Acadia's trails, sailing, motor boating, beachcombing, swimming, rock climbing, golfing, whale watching, antique shopping and eating delicious seafood.
Only a short drive from here.
Manset is an oceanside village,
2 miles south of downtown Southwest Harbor.
